Chief Technician Yang Virtanen is a founding member of the Dust Devils. A veteran of the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces, Virtanen served in the Fourth Succession War before mustering out and seeking a career as an independent MechTech, eventually coming to work for Markham's Marauders, which became the Dust Devils in the aftermath of the liberation of Itrom.
