Steel Striders is a cross overstory of the Battletech Universe and the video game universe known Into the Breach. This is a event driven story set in the aftermath of the Star League Civil War remaining agencies of the Terran Hegemony attempt to rebuild.

Set in the aftermath of the Star League Civil War remaining agencies of the Terran Hegemony attempt rebuild the Hegemony in the wake of departure of General Kerensky.
Three major Hegemony/Star League agencies despite their flaws must undertake the task of executing a little known and desperate contingency plan should the Hegemony fall.
