Overview[]
Scars of Victoria is part Teenage Romantic Comedy with Sci-Fi Action and part Social Drama between Rivals. Set in the shattered Capellan Confederation this story centers around Prince Hohiro and Minoru but includes the Kai-Allards. Minoru Kurita, child prodigy and ex-COMSTAR Adept/Hostage, is given an assignment by Coordinator Theodore to apply his skills in robotics to support Tormano Liao's Capellan Confederation.
The story takes place during time period after House Liao's civil war and betrayal by the Draconis Combine, which for a time laid claim to some of it's worlds as The Capellan Colonies. Minoru undergoes physicial and martial training in order to prepare him for his journey abroad as the first Draconis Combine Prince arriving in a foreign land with peaceful intentions. He and some friends he met along the way travel to Victoria for instruction and to work under Doctor Riva Allard, renowned Cyberneticist, and her ward the sixteen year old Kuan-Yin Liao.
The story is part of the Ian Davion, Golden Lion story. This AU origin lies with a discussion of "What If" on the Battletech Official Forums. This lead to this fan story, which focus on Ian Davion and his siblings came into existence and changed the course of history.[1]
Story Universe was created and written by AlphaMirage, as a less Grimdarky and more snarky setting in comparison to his previous works in form of Katherine Chronicles.

All events prior to the late Third Succession War remain the same, but henceforth after slightly altered due to the Ian Davion being present in the universe.
