Helena Turkowska, callsign Frostbite, was the founder of the Lifeguard Irregulars’ and the elder sister of Aira. A textbook MechWarrior, Helena was a top student of The Nagelring and undoubtedly her father’s favorite daughter which led to a significant rift between herself and her younger sister. After serving four years with the 13th Lyran Guards, Helena would go on to found the mercenary company that would bear her family’s name.

Helena was most famously known for piloting a VTR-9D Victor for the majority of her time as commanding officer of the Irregulars. However, she often cited her decision to pilot the Victor more out of practice as a commanding officer and instead preferred her heavily customized CPLT-C1 Catapult. She was also known to have piloted a FS9-A Firestarter
