Field Report: DCMS (Kaptyen Universe) is the tenth entry in series of Fan-Made sourcebooks set in the The Kapteyn Universe (abbreviated TKU) created by Battletech Fan Matthew "Blacknova" Alexander. Set in the end of the Succession Wars era of the Kapteyn Universe, the aftermath of the events of first The Other Option novel, Kapteyn's First Strike which set after the AU's version of the Fourth Succession War.
Summary[]
The report is written as in-universe intelligence report from originally written by Terran Hegemony's Hegemony Intelligence Bureau covering nation's arguably most troublesome bordering nation, the Draconis Combine.
The book acts as guide for players whom may want run a campaign, as the the Inner Sphere reels in the wake the emergence of the Terran Hegemony and other changes causes by the war.

Fractured Throne
Under immense pressure from within and without, the Combine has begun to
crack. With two courts claiming the mantle of Coordinator and enemies on several border aligned, the Dragon has not seen such peril since the early Succession Wars. However, the strength of the Dragon is enduring and the Combine has found new ways to thrive, while it plots the downfall of those who shamed it.
Within this volume is a detailed accounting of the Draconis Combine Mustered
Soldiery and the Draconis Combine Admiralty. Brigade and regimental summaries, industrial listings, strategy and operational thinking, as well as the newest WarShips in the DCN inventory are all detailed.
The Kapteyn Universe is a Fan Fiction alternate setting for the BattleTech Universe, crafted by many hands across 13 years.
