Star Captain Emerson Howe was a Trueborn MechWarrior of Clan Snow Raven and the Raven Alliance during the mid-32nd century, and the commander of Bravo Trinary of Clan Snow Raven Beta Galaxy's 12th Raven Striker Cluster from 3146 onward. A hardline traditionalist viewing the Clan's modest treatment of their Outworlder allies as a regrettable but at one point necessary weakness which had long since outlived that necessity, upon earning his Bloodname in 3145 he would almost immediately become an outspoken supporter of the Sukhanov Bloodhouse with regards to the Snow Ravens' internal political affairs, based on its members' desire to fully subjugate the people of the former Outworlds Alliance and remold the entire nation to adhere to the framework of Clan society.
