Overview[]

Fan Fiction section, contains stories written by various people with great imaginations, whom each have their own style of story telling.

While not official by any literal means, the wiki has classification by styles and settings that stories are written in;
Event Driven: When key moments in the story drive the story verses individual characters.
Character Driven: This is a story where focus main character or group of characters are focal point of the story whose action changes minor to major factors in the story and its universe.
Parallel Timeline: No necessary a style writing, but a setting is where the story takes place in the canon universe and all the while not changing anything.
Alternate Universe/Altered Timeline: Most common setting written, where author has tweaked to do major changes in key moments in original canon universe to present the story, to give it an interesting change/feel overall.
SI (Self-Inserted) : This is referred to as author character, SI stands for self-insert or self-insertion. It refers to an author writing him or herself into their story. The resulting "character" is usually referred to as a self-insert or SI in the fan fiction community. It is a common mistake to confuse the terms 'Mary Sue' and 'Self-Insert', especially since generally Mary Sues are seen as being the kind of person the author wishes they could be and often are a form of idealized self-insertion. The two terms have distinct meanings, however.
