Beyond Hope is a character driven drama story jointly written by Cannonshop & monbvol.
Synopsis[]
Story begins escape of last of Cameron, aided by her sister Elizabeth. They take a Casper Warship and jump. However this hyperspace journey leads to the future where they encounter House of Ngo on Lyran world of Kowloon. How they manage to survive the turbulent times of Clan Invasion era.
Canon differences[]
Story differs from canon due to change in survival both Elizabeth & Helena Cameron, whom in canon were killed in the massacre of leading family of Star League. The existence of advance sapient AI, and House of Ngo, whom ruling family of world of Kowloon.

Technology Gaps: Authors play very loose on what is canon/possible and not technologically. This is including the existence of Real-Time HPG communication prior to 3060. This has massive logistic and technological hurtles, which requires two HPGs per planet/system to work in tandem with other sets of HPGs per world/system along line of communication. This is immense lively/staggeringly expensive and requires intense manufacturing and man power to make possible, this did no exist prior to 3064-3066 time frame.
Losing Track of Time Issues: Authors unfortunately loose track of dates/years per posting year. Wiki tries to adjust chapters to state where events are accruing and when as best as possible.
Chapter Numbering Adjustments: Due to the length of each entry, previous posted chapters with theme/titles are broken out and spread per page posted chapters here. Thus they are referred to as Story Arcs vs individual chapter titles with more chapters than the original story was pubished on the official Battletech's forums

- Author's Challenges as stated by Cannonshop : You guys wouldn't BELIEVE how big this story's actually gotten-we had to open a second google document because load times were a frelling NIGHTMARE...and it's starting to look like we're going to be hitting a third.
I'm seeing a lot of 'drift', which will need brutal editorial control work to fix, between the two documents we've got going...and we're still not at the 'punch line' yet.
That is, we still haven't reached even a significant portion of where the ending should happen (at least, the ending Monbvol and I have agreed upon when we set out.)
